We are delighted with how the tables look in our round living room. The workmanship is excellent. The glass tops lay perfectly flat across all the wood branches which is remarkable given the number of touch points on the driftwood bases. As to the aesthetics, we wanted something special to match our location on the beach. These driftwood tables are absolutely beautiful and really hit the beach theme on the mark. Don has been delightful to work with. He responds quickly to questions and does a great job posting photos and notes as the project progresses. Great experience!
Table top is created from the root burl of a California buckeye tree. The base is from the trunk of the tree.
After fine sanding, different colors are diffused into the wood following the natural grain patterns. Many coats of a matte finish lacquer protects the top from liquid spills.
Dimensions: 30" at its widest x 71" long x 17" high.
