This bathroom vanity is constructed from reclaimed gumwood with a laminated maple top salvaged from the tearout of the customer's original kitchen. The top was given a rosewood stain and a polyurethane topcoat.
This little corner-cab was the first piece built for this job. It was almost an "audition piece" to demonstrate to the customer how his ideas were going to translate to reality and what we would be able to accomplish with re-claimed lumber. Like the "puzzlebox" , the drop-leaf, and the rest of this project, this piece was built entirely onsite. Design credit goes to the customer.
