Busaganashi Statue
Here is a statue that I sculpted, 27 inches high of limewood that I then water gilded with 23 carat gold leaf over red bole clay, hide glue and gesso. It is an Okinawan karate deity of ancient Chinese origin.
I needed at least eight photos to show the entire progression, the system would only load seven, it also ordered them not chronologically as i entered them but however it decided, also the camera did it's own thing and put whatever date on the images that it wanted and not the date that i entered, so, blame the machines for any apparent incompetence and not myself. Creating these things is an all consuming process and leaves no time to diddle around with computers and cameras to get them to do what they are supposed to do.
