The Grand canyon at sunset is a spectacular sight, and every color switches over from one shade to the next, like a kaleidoscope.
The light strikes everywhere, as the sun dips below the horizon. Here, the timeless rock contrasts with the far less timeless remains of a pinyon pine which once grew at the edge of the cliffs.
