Ceramic Oak Leaf Dish With Acorns - Green
Here is a beautiful example of a simple Oak Leaf pattern being turned into a artsy china-grade ceramic dish.
This dish was completely modeled by hand from a single slab of clay.
The acorns were hand modeled also.
First a kiln firing, then 3 coats of glaze and then a second kiln firing. Sounds simple? Try it yourself, its fun.
Candy, nuts, coins, keys, etc look great in this little dish.
This is a good example of the Art Deco style of ceramic art.
