Stunning one of a kind handmade, heirloom quality, hand cut chenille baby quilt. The one pictured was created using high quality boutique fabrics. The front fabric is a lovely fresh cream color with abstract deep blue and teal flowers.
This quilt is truly a labor of love. Each row is sewn and hand cut with the entire process taking about 7 hours. The back is made of four layers of flannel and is cut between rows. The edge of the quilt is sewn with a double binding ensuring this baby quilt can be passed down for generations making it truly an heirloom to treasure. I wash the blanket once to start the chenille effect. As you wash this quilt, it will become fluffier and softer. This precious quilt will be a treasure passed down for generations.
