Cherry Bar Out Of Live Edge Slab Wood
I made this for a client who wanted a coffee bar/homework station for their kids. The challenge was that it had to be live edge and mitered to fit into a corner. Making two slabs with live edge meet up for a decent miter is the hardest part, and this one almost looks seamless! The high tapered legs give this a restrained and classy look. A cool feature that can't be seen is that the whole thing was designed with some dovetailed cross supports so it could easily be broken down into two sections for transport.
