This was an interesting piece. My client wanted a counter height dining table that had storage beneath. I used solid Cherry though out except for the panels and doors. For that I used MDF core Cherry plywood. This is preferred when capture between to other structural objects as the MDF will not expand and contract widthwise as a solid wood panel would.

This table will double as a island or counter space as well a dining table.
