I make realistic busts in styles to fit more traditional/antique decorating styles, like renaissance, neoclassical, victorian, art nouveau. They are generally smaller than life-size (all pictured here are about half life-size. They are made from LaDoll clay with various items as substructure, and are painted in acrylic and gel medium, and can be made to resemble most materials: marble, bronze, plaster, worn gold leaf on marble, as in the first photo. I can also do realistic paintings like the one pictured, and can do custom sizes and frames and matting styles, as I did in that one. I don't do portraiture; it's too subjective, and frankly I'm just not good at it. I don't see the right way to recognize people. But I can do a general style of painting or sculpture that will resemble reference photos, in selected colours or finishes. i'm also working on moulding originals so i can sell casts in plaster or concrete, the latter of which can be used outdoors, and would be considerably less expensive.
