Working with Ric through this process was an excellent experience. The communication back and forth was flawless and Ric honored all my requests and provided expert opinons where he thought necessary. The project I tasked him with was to create my United States Coast Guard Chief Petty Officer Charge Book. This is a time honored tradition among Chief's that has deep roots within the seagoing services with strong historical meaning. I am extremely proud to carry a charge book that projects how honored I am to be a "Chief!" The quality is second-to-none, and I will be coming back to Ric for future projects!

This was exactly what I wanted/needed. The quality of the item was great. The creator was awesome. I love the finished product. I will recommend this to all my fellow Coasties. He provided my book before the estimated time of delivery. Thanks again to Richard for everything. I am getting nothing but good comments on my Charge Book. LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!
