Commission From Real Estate Agent
I was commissioned to create a 8" x 10" graphite drawing on paper for a local real estate agent from the Glen Allen, VA area. She used my drawing as a gift to the new home buyers. Here you can see the original photograph I was given, and my completed drawing. I require a 50% deposit before completing the drawing, the final balance is due once the drawing was completed.
