I was inspired by my son's idea to create this squid/octopus copper hair piece. I made this using numerous black glass beads and copper wire. Creating it took a lot of time, but I had fun nonetheless. I use a few bobby pins and copper comb to keep the hair piece in place. If you are not the kind to wear this on your hair, it would also be nice to display it on a piece of wood on your mantle.
