This blanket chest was constructed from quatersawn red oak harvested in Laporte, MN from damaged and diseased trees.
The panel sections are reclaimed Brazilian cherry flooring scraps.
This piece features a durable oil-based finish that gives it a traditional look but able to withstand the rigors or everyday use in a household with small children.
