Curly Cherry Demilune
This is a contemporary piece. It was designed to show off some spectacular curly cherry and to have a delicate, elegant appearance. The apron is constructed out of solid curly cherry that has been coopered to form the scallops. The legs attach to the apron via sliding dovetails. The top is laid out in a sunburst pattern and features curly cherry veneer with a wenge accent. The graceful turned legs are made of spanish cedar and walnut.
