Curly Maple Djembe - African Styled Hand Drum
Another custom built djembe drum designed and built for a customer to his specs. I used curly maple as the main wood with accents of padauk. A rubber foot just adds a layer of protection to the drum and the subtle rope color avoids overpowering the padauk accents in the bottom half. With a African goatskin - As is traditional with a djembe - this drum sounds amazing!
