Curved Window Sashes And Casing

We replicated a curved window sash, storm and casing for a turret of a victorian home. We used reclaimed old growth pine for both sashes and casing. The sill was especially hard to make since it was coned, (as if cutting a piece out of a big satalite dish). We made countless jigs for so many operations.
The glass was custom bent & fitted to the radius in two different radiuses, one for the main sash, the other for the storm window.

Dimensions: about 2' ft wide x 4' ft tall x 6" deep
