Custom Built Sewing Station With Vintage Machines

I built this sewing station with 1/4" diamond plate steel recycled from industrial bi-product. The book shelves and table are two pieces. I painted the metal black and wheat pasted vintage newspaper clippings all over it and then put a clear coat on top of that. The table top is plexi-glass for a smooth surface and is drilled out to allow the cords from the 3 machines. The machines I collected from various thrift stores and online and repaired to good working order, they range from late 1940's to early 1950's
