Custom Cabinet Wine Rack
This is a wine rack that was created to fit in an existing cabinet.
The rack is built with alder wood to match the existing cabinets. And is finished with a custom espresso dye and top coated with a conversion varnish.
This rack holds 12 bottles of wine. The bottles sit in opposite directions and the bottles are all tilted slightly down to achieve a desired look and to keep all corks wet.
The inside of the cabinet was originally a white melamine. So we lined with with a veneer wood and color matched to the cabinets. We also removed the door panel and added reeded glass for viewing of the wine.
