1. Rough opening: 6 ft. (Rough opening holds gate, panels, posts and hinges installed). Height: 6 ft. The design in the listing photo to be fabricated in this size.

2. Design fabricated/cut from 12 gauge steel.
3. Frame around gate: Steel 1.5" x 1.5" square.
Frame around panels: Steel 1.5" x 1.5" square.

Includes legs to bolt to concrete.
Includes brackets to attach to side walls.

4. Fabricated with 1 or 2 standard 2 1/8" holes for lever and bolt lock. Customer supplies lever and bolt lock.

Customer decides active gate and gate swing.

Passive gate can be opened as needed.
Passive gate includes standard drop pin.

5. Includes sandblasting, baked on zinc primer and quality standard powder coating.
