The only issue I had was the web site did not understand the variation I wanted in the sign making. However, Andrew ( the project vendor ) understood perfectly what I wanted. He clearly reviewed my order with me and told me how to navigate the web site. He communicated with me when the order instructions were sent to him and again when the project was complete and being mailed. The signs were great and I am very please with Andrew's work and communication.
