The Process of Ordering Custom Food Art:
1.) After you place your order, we will discuss the details of your art project. Describe to me the food themed artwork you are envisioning and we'll work together to flesh out the idea. In the past I have baked the items myself, set up a still-life, and then photographed it to use as a reference. Your ideas and circumstances will determine this step. At this point, I will calculate a price.
2.) Once you have accepted my proposal, I will get started on your custom piece. Custom artwork can take 2-8 weeks, depending on the complexity and number of projects I have going at one time. Let me know if you need your order by a certain date and I will try my best to accommodate you.
3.) When your artwork is finished, I will e-mail a picture of the final piece to ensure your satisfaction, frame it, and then carefully package and ship your order as soon as possible.
If you like the examples of my work in my portfolio, rest assured that you are making a quality purchase. My artwork is very meticulous with much attention to detail. I've always believed that a job worth doing is worth doing well, so good craftsmanship and customer service are always top priorities. My prices encompass labor, materials, and overhead expenses. Printed copies of your artwork are also available for purchase.
