I am a woodworker not a meta smith so I leave the knife blade making to others.
My job is to make a beautiful handle for your knife blade. I started with figured Cocobolo wood. I attach the wood handle with three concealed brass pins and epoxy glue. I shape and then sand the wood handle silky smooth with up to 600 grit sand paper. I finish the handle with tung oil which makes the richness of the wood grain and color come out and gives a natural look. Then the handle is buffed with natural waxes.
This fixed blade is made commercially by Wood River Knives from 6A high carbon stainless steel. This high-quality knife is 7-1/4" overall length and 3" high carbon steel blade with finger grip relief make this a great general-purpose hunting, fishing or camping knife.
