George is fantastic! On a really tight turn-around time, in the middle of a blizzard where he is based, he sent me several sketches to choose from. He gave me a fair price, and asked many questions about the couple that would eventually receive the gift to make sure it would be right for them. It was George's idea to personalize it with the date of the wedding and names of the bride and groom on the spine of the knife- a really special touch. They absolutely LOVED it! And will for years to come. I wish there were options for rating, like "A++" for George, because he is truly amazing.
