The metal and wood design turned out exactly as I had imagined!!!! Millstream Creations did an outstanding job. I would definitely use them again. The reason for 4 stars on Timeliness was due to an unfortunate health situation, but he maintained excellent communication during the delay. Upon delivery, I was quite impressed with the packaging. There was no way this sign would have been damaged. Thank you for taking the time to protect this project. My husband was so surprised to see a family-created tattoo design turned into a wood and metal piece of art. We will treasure it forever!!!

Very responsive to inquires and getting design concepts with pricing out for approval. Communication was good. Busy time a year, so could have been a little more transparent with completion date, I would have understood. However, quality, design and value exceeded expectations. Fully recommend and would shop again
