We designed this wine rack to fit inside an awkward corner of our client's basement - below the main stair case and next to an exterior window. We did our best to utilize every inch of space to create storage, while still allowing ease of use. The result is a system of 6 interlocking cabinets which hold over 250 individual bottles of wine, and 6 crates. The counter-top additionally allows for additional storage of liquor, mixers, glass ware, and a power supply for a blender. The cabinets were constructed from maple plywood and solid wood, and stained to emulate the extant cherry trim.
We can design fabricate and install a cabinet system like this for your home, in any material, species of wood, stain color, finish, and style of your choosing.
