Michael Creed exceeded my expectations every step of the way. From the first step of discussing the design of the table to how to best ship the table he was clear and concise in his communication and very open to my input. I picked him because of the unique pieces I had seen displayed on the Custom Made site. The table he designed for me is beautiful and will be cherished for years to come. He is a very talented craftsmen and I would highly recommend him to anyone that was interested in having him design and build a timeless piece of furniture for them.
A special commission for an at-home office combining all basic computer componants , storage , a super comfortable chair , writing table and a built in light with dimmer . The commission was to meet all the functional metrics in a beautiful , delightful and surprising way . Inspired by ancient Egyptian architecture and furniture .
Temple top section features cubbyholes and 2 secret drawers . Electric motor lift allows computer componants to disappear when not in use . Printer is mounted on pull out shelf under writing table .
Carved , full size chair is upholstered in distressed leather and made with lumbar support and elbow cushions for long sessions of sitting . Built in light features a handmade , stained glass shade that casts a soft , warm glow , 76 " high to top of lamp .
Made from cherrywood , walnut ,curly maple , leather , stained glass , copper leaf and paint .
