Decorated Hat: Steampunk/Neo-Victorian
A little modern, a lot neo-Victorian Steampunk, this fine fedora is trimmed with a dash of tulle and a touch of grit to grace your most elegant or hardcore Steampunk air-sailing outfit.
Reflective goggles sit atop the brim, outlined with chain and springs and trimmed with net-covered soft leather (they are stitched on, so please don't try to pull them down to wear them).
A touch of netting graces the back where the brim folds up so that you;ll look amazing coming or going.
A clock or compass hand mounted on a clock gear graces the left-side crown.
Tulle netting around the goggles and clock-gears adds that touch of steam, lace, trim, or what-have-you.

I rescued the hat from a second-hand shop; it is a pin-striped fedora, Peter Grimm brand, with a tag in the back that reads "65% polyester, 35% cotton, size L-XL". The interior hat band measures 23 inches around.
