Dining Set: Urban Organic Style
This is a set of dining table and chairs that would look as good in a contemporary urban loft as it would in a western lodge-style home.
The table and four chairs can be customized for you in several ways: by your choice of hardwoods, the size and shape of the table, number of chairs, and whether the chairs have arms, or not. This set comes with 2 arm chairs and 2 armless chairs. The table expands with two leaves.
The woods I used are walnut and curly maple, two of my favorite woods to use because they accent and compliment each other and age to beautiful patinas.
The seats of the chairs are my signature style, hand carved to fit the human form. The curved back stays and shaped seats combine to make a chair that you really want to sit in -- even after dinner is over and you are sitting around talking with your guests, you will want to stay in these chairs.
