This black dragon mask has been dry brushed with stainless steel to create an iridescent, water-like effect. This color treatment is appropriate considering the flashy tendencies of the dragon.

This is a full-face modified bauta-style leather costume mask designed for long-wearing comfort. While this full-face leather mask covers the mouth, there is quite a bit of space between the mask and the wearer's lips, making it easy to talk and breathe. One can drink with a straw while wearing this mask. While kissing will be impossible while wearing this mask, I'm certain it will catch a certain someone's attention. This leather mask is shaped out of 8 lucky pieces of leather and painted by hand-wielded brush. This Year of the Black/Water Dragon mask has some flexibility, but will not lose its form as the leather has been fixed in shape by liquid acrylic. If desired, I can repaint this mask to be pure matte black (however the folds of the mask will not "pop" as effectively).

This leather costume mask is made of 8 lucky pieces of 4 to 5 oz. vegetable-tanned top-quality leather, low v.o.c. eco-friendly acrylic paint, and attaches with 3/32" elastic cord. This leather mask is painted black and coated with a stainless steel dry brush technique. It secures to the head with black elastic cord.
