Èbéne and Ivoire charcuterie boards are shaped and created from Ash Wood by Jay and Burk in Chicago and designed in collaboration with Beau Charcuterie in Denver. The Boards are perfect for displaying charcuterie. Each board is hand sanded, dyed or bleached with non-toxic natural dyes and solutions and then top coated.
Made from domestic Ash wood

Maintaining and cleaning your wood product is easy; simply hand wash or wipe after use with warm soapy water and towel dry thoroughly. Avoid submerging in water or putting in the dishwasher as this will significantly weaken and damage your product. These boards are not intended to be used as actual cutting boards, but using our wood knives for soft cheeses on the boards are ok.
