Commission a larger and more elaborate style of my customized hand-lettered monogram/crest designs centered in a highly detailed illustration incorporating symbolic items of importance to the client. Excellent for that custom family crest or coat of arms that incorporates several family elements or unites two families together! This custom monogram art makes a unique and thoughtful gift for any occasion; birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, etc.

I draw in a classic engraving style, using cross hatching and pointillism, usually in black pen & ink with a touch of gold or silver. Though I use a subdued tone as personal preference, using full color for your work of art is no problem!

Payment must be made in full for work to begin, and no refunds given once work on the final draft (ink) has begun. Up to 50% refund may be given while still in the "rough sketch" (pencil) phase.

Your item will ship insured! Your monogram artwork will be mailed in a protective sleeve or tube, and will arrive on heavy 11"x14" archival quality Bristol paper. Turn around time can take 2-3 weeks depending on my work load and the pace of our conversations, so please let me know your deadline...

We will discuss what you are looking for in your design and what letters/colors/items you want included. I will then do a series of quick rough sketches to play around with certain items and to work out the layout of your piece and give you some options to choose from. Once you approve those, I will assemble them into a proper preliminary design for your final approval, and then go to ink.
