These single wood style boards are available in custom sizes and thicknesses, and from a variety of woods. These two particular ones are from American Black Walnut and are 14" X 11" X 1 1/2", for the smaller one (pictured with the slicing knife and fruit) and 22" X 14" X 1 1/2" for the larger (pictured with the chopping knife and peppers).
