This island top was made from one huge tree board 10 foot long 10 inches wide and 2 1/2 inches thick. Size... 33 1/2 x 25 1/2. These are made for clients who are serious about their cooking experience. In green is perfect for helping to keep knives sharp and also allow for the board to last for a very long time because the end green soaks up the oil needed to keep it preserved. Soaked in mineral oil for 24 hours and then finished off with a Kanuba wax. After being sanded from 80 to 400 grit it literally feels like glass.
