This cabinet was built of maple to house a new flat screen TV, audio, and video equipment. The doors are covered in acoustic fabric and hide equipment, speakers, and media storage. Equipment heat and wires rise in a chimney/wirechase behind the TV so that wires and vent holes are out of site. The right edge of the case is scribed and caulked to the stone so that there are no annoying spaces. The idea is to make the cabinet fit the space and equipment, not the other way around.
