Entranceway Redesigned Before And After Pictures
The customer of this home contacted me through a designer that I have done work for and with for the past 15 years. The homeowner wanted new Stained Glass and the doors refinished. " before and after" photos of the door.
The home is French Style Architecture. I wanted a design that would compliment this home's style. The homeowner wanted to make use of her favorite flower the lenten rose. The pictures that she sent me do not do the actual windows justice.
The background glass is antique blown clear glass. To keep continuity I also used mouth blown colors for the leaves and flowers. The home is viewed at a distance, therefore I chose to go with 3/8 lead came for a more bold look. I made lead rosettes for where the lead crosses.
