This bench is made of pine wood. The seat and the light colored slats around the railing and the front are reclaimed wood. The seat is original floorboard from my 1820 built house. It measures 25" tall x 45" long x 19"deep. The storage space is great for hats and gloves in the winter or sunscreen and shades in the summer. The depth of the storage area is 11 inches.
There is also enough clearance underneath to store shoes. The designs on the fronts of the legs are through tenons.
