This is a dining table based on an antique owned by a relative. I made it 40 years ago for our family and we have used it every day since. The table measures 37" by 47" with the leaves closed and 37" by 89" with both leaves extended. It seats four with leaves closed and ten with both leaves extended.
It is constructed with mortise and tenon joints, the primary top has bread board ends and the legs are turned on a lathe. It is made with native Wisconsin cherry wood sustainably harvested on our farm.
