The sixth and seventh grade class from this parish came up with the idea for the quilt and what the blocks would say. I designed the quilt per their wishes and it definitely is one of my favorite endeavors. I tried for a stained glass cross look on the eight pieced blocks. The other seven blocks were embroidered with the children's designs.
