I sent him pictures and measurements and the finished product fits perfectly. Additionally the quality is very high and they are sturdy and comfortable. The Jack-Mat Hearth Cushion can be built to fit any size or shape. Curves can easily be covered with this cushion. The customer sent us a template of the top of hearth and we built cushion to match.
