Fish Plates, Platters And Tiles

This wonderful customer chose a Nassau Grouper to have made into a very large fish platter. It is hand constructed in a porcelain/stoneware clay body for strength and when the clay is "bone" dry, it has three coats of underglaze carefully painted on and the piece bisque fired. After this, three coats of a clear glaze are painted on and the piece fired to 2243 degrees F.

Dimensions: Up to but no longer than 24" long and 18" wide, depending on fish and price chosen.
