Floating Top Industrial Coffee Table In Reclaimed Fir
This small coffee table is made from reclaimed antique fir from the turn of the century, salvaged from a barn in Oregon. The base is 1" square tube steel in matte black finish, and the top "floats" just off the base, giving the table a very interesting visual appeal from both standing and seated positions.
The non-toxic, health-counscious finish is resistant to wine, beer, cola, coffee, tea, fruit juices, milk and water etc. according to German Industrial DIN 68861 - 1C and complies EURO-NORM EN 71 (suitable for children's toys). This finish makes product care simple and easy. In most cases all that's needed is an occasional wipe-down with a soft cloth dampened with water. The table measures approximately 28"L x 18"W x 18"H. Other sizes and configurations of my floating top tables are available on request, in coffee table, console, and dining table sizes.
