Flying Butterfly Mobile In Stained Glass

Yes, It actually does fly!
Made of pink and plum stained glass, this creature flits its wings with a tug on it's pull.
The butterfly is suspended from four pieces of wire, attached to the wings with copper connectors and held by a dowel rod. The whole mechanism is hung by a swivel.
The wings are attached to the body with rings to give the freedom of movement. The pull is made of two pieces of clear glass encasing pressed flowers, and it hangs down from the butterfly on a black chain.
It's wingspan is 11" and from front to back it measures 9".
The overall hanging length is 2 ft.

A cup hook is all you'll need to put him into flight..
The pull is made with lead free solder.

This piece is made in the Tiffany style, with hand cut glass, copper foil and solder.
It is polished and waxed to a rich patina.
