The sink itself is made out of ¾ inch thick blue glass formed in a kiln at 1500 degrees over a custom mold designed to provide the desired texture and design. It is then under lit using strategically placed hidden lights to accentuate the natural beauty of the ocean blue glass. The sink was integrated into the countertop to follow the natural curvature of the rest of the furniture.
The backsplash is made out of ½ inch thick blue glass identical to that of the sink. Also formed in a kiln at 1500 degrees over a custom mold designed to provide the desired texture and design. It's designed in a way that allows natural light to be reflected back giving it a luminescent appearance without the need for any additional lighting. The backsplash is also continued into the wall giving a unique look to the shampoo and soap shelf already integrated. It was then mounted in a way which eliminates the need for hardware, leaving nothing but the natural beauty of the glass to stand strong.
The light fixtures above the sink are made from clear glass with fired vitreous paint, designed and artfully crafted to accent the colors of the granite countertop beneath them. They are then mounted using brushed metal accenting the hardware already in place in the rest of the bathroom.
