The finished product was truly a work of art. Michelle was patient, courteous, easy to talk with, flexible, without drama, artistic and a true craftspeople. My wife and I could not be happier with the finished transom piece which was 5' long and 12" high.
The large piece of glass was carefully prepared for shipping and travelled across country without a scratch. Thank you Michelle.
The warm, bold colors of this platter are a feast for the eye. Areas of hand raked glass alternate with bands of solid transparent and opaque colors. The Napoleon blue with metallic flecks provides a dynamic contrast with the heat of the palette. The gentle arc (about 1" at each end) of the platter gives it a contemporary feel. The platter is a great piece for serving or displaying. It is food safe but should be hand washed. Not for use in the microwave oven. OOAK
