Fwc Conference Table
This conference table was for a client who wanted something that made you say "Wow!" The table is made out of Bolivian Rosewood (Pau Ferro) with American Black Walnut. I wanted to make the Rosewood the star of the show, so I focused on doing as little as possible with the form and to try to bring the Rosewood to pop out. One way I did this was to frame to rosewood with a double maple inlay. The base is a simple form that is reminiscent of table made in the American Federal style. There's just enough detail to make the base interesting, but not overpowering.
