The "sampler" shown features the following style of legs:
Slipper foot - clean and elegant.
Pad foot - a classic Queen Ann design.
Trifed foot - lightly carved cabriole leg with a carved shell in the knee.
Ball and Claw - high style chippendale, with an acanthus leaf carving on the knee.
