These unique and I think fabulous nightstands were built for an artist who is not afraid of color and wanted tables to fit next to her bed that has more clearance on one side than the other. These table are made from purpelheart and yellowheart (aka. pau amarillo). They are naturally finished with no dies, stains, or paint. This the natural color of the woods, which will (unfortunately) mellow some over time. They feature my own elaborations of traditional Greene & Greene Brothers decorative elements, including dual sided cutouts on the breadboard ends, hand fashioned drawer pulls of African wenge, inlaid cutouts at the leg bottoms and a flush round joinery accents. They are finished in wet-sanded Danish oil and satin wax. These tables are very heavy and super strong. These are special pieces of art masterfully crafted if I do say so myself. Not for the timid. They are a sight to behold.
