Fused Glass Intention Platter

These fused glass intention platters are made using various colored sheet glass on the bottom, a shape or symbol cut from copper mesh or dichroic glass in the middle, and a piece of streaky, striped or flecked collage glass on top. The intention is added by tack fusing a small piece of opaque glass onto the corner of the piece and writing the word on it in copper glass paint before the platter is shaped in the kiln. After the plate is completely finished I add the energy of specific intention into the platter. These platters are approximately 14" square and 1" deep.

This is the extra large version of my intention plates. It can be used for a serving platter or hung on a wall as a focal art piece.
