2. Chris cleans the metal
3. Chris cuts and manually bends the metal
4. Chris then debur the ends and prepares the metal for welding, then welds with our jig (our jig creates precise and consistent hairpin legs for multiple lots)
5. Chris then cleans, sandblasts, and clear coats the finished hairpin legs to prevent corrosion.
It takes Chris 2 hours to complete 4 hairpin legs.

Chris learned welding from a class A welder in aerospace industry. This legs have very strong weld and extremely sturdy. Our materials are sourced locally in Arizona to promote our local economy.
