BLACK WALNUT SIDE CHAIR - by GARNY
FORM, FIT & FUNCTION.
Hand carved from a solid black walnut, following the anatomical curves of the human body. No pressure points, the whole surface of the chair will support the upper body. Spindles (back support) are steam bended to follow the natural curvature of the lower back.
Legs are supported with traditional mortis and tenon joints.
Finished, first with tung oil and varnish mix, then walnut oil and carnauba - bees wax blend, so surface scratches can be buffed off.

Sitting surface: width 18" length: 17"
The same side chair can be ordered from cherry or tiger maple.
